  • Supply branding assets (e.g., logos, guidelines, creatives)

  • Approve deliverables promptly

  • Adhere to advertising and data regulations

Delays caused by missing approvals or materials may impact project timelines.

4. Payment Terms

  • All payments are due as outlined in your proposal or invoice.

  • Retainer clients are billed monthly in advance.

  • Late payments may result in service pauses or late fees.

  • All prices are in USD and exclude taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Project Timelines

Timelines are agreed upon at project initiation.
Unresponsive communication or delayed approvals from the client may shift delivery dates.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Final deliverables are owned by the client upon full payment.

  • We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

  • Any stock images, third-party assets, or licensed tools remain subject to their original usage terms.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client data and project information as confidential.
Any information shared with us will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate service agreements with a 30-day written notice.
Final invoices must be paid, and completed work will be handed over at termination.

9. Disclaimers

While we apply best practices and strategic insight, we do not guarantee specific results (e.g., #1 Google rankings, ROI targets).
Marketing outcomes depend on many external factors beyond our control.

10. Limitations of Liability 

Buzzmora is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our services.
Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the previous 30 days.

11. Indemnity

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Buzzmora from claims, losses, or liabilities arising from misuse of services, content, or platforms provided.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of  Texas USA
Any disputes will be resolved through Houstan, Texas
